I bought it hoping it might help with the tightness in my legs after cycling. That has improved a lot! but unexpectedly my skin is also looking much less dull.

I've been dealing with persistent, uncomfortable skin issues for around 25 years, and nothing helped to alleviate the itching or help my skin where I'd scratched. The red light does!! It hasn't instantaneously resolved everything — it is taking time — but it has stopped the constant itching which has made a huge difference to my quality of life! I started with a smaller Solo panel to try it, but found that whilst I could feel the benefits, it took a long time to cover all parts of my body. So a month later I invested in the full panel. In addition to my skin improving, it has enhanced my overall feeling of wellbeing… including amazing sleep. My husband has also started using it and has noticed his leg veins reducing in prominence. For us the investment has been very much worth it and I would heartily recommend it! The customer service at Solis has been second to none — with a real human working on the chat on a Sunday to answer all my questions!

It arrived very quickly, and I have had it for about a month now. I'm surprised at the change in colours; I see I didn't realise how much the colours had faded. The love handles were reduced by about two inches, and the aches and pains in my muscles have reduced. I am probably feeling 10 years younger now. I wish I had done this years ago
So happy with my Solis RLT panel. It's amazing how much it's helped with my sleep and my skin issues — the dryness cleared up so quickly! It's such a noticeable difference; I've received so many compliments about my skin, that I'm 'glowing' and looking really well. I've also noticed it's helped ease some of the aches and pains I experience day to day. So happy with it I'm going to get the full body panel! Thank you so much. Great company, great product ! Customer service is exceptional. I appreciate the swift and personal response. It was very reassuring to receive such great customer service. My partner has been using the red light therapy pre and post surgery and his wounds are healing really well.

I started using the panel while recovering from ACL surgery, alongside the exercises given to me by my physio. I’ve found it especially useful after rehab sessions when my knee and thigh feel tired.
I initially wanted it for my hip and lower back, but I’ve ended up using it after workouts too. My legs don’t seem to feel as heavy the following day when I’ve had a session.
I purchased one off after a Solis sponsored yoga and breathwork workshop. It made me feel soooo instantly Zen and calm I knew I had to have it for the cold winter months. Thank you Solis ! x
I use it every day. I've been dealing with ongoing discomfort and low energy, and I've only been using it for a month — I've only just purchased a mobile stand so the panel can cover my entire body while I lay down. It gives me a noticeable uplift in energy. I'll write another review in 2 months to update on progress. For now, it has given me better sleep quality, which has made a real difference. Red light panels can be pricey, but there's no limit on what you'll do for some relief and normalcy. I intend to continue using it daily — sometimes twice a day if I need an extra boost. Happy with my purchase and can't wait to see even more improvements in a few months' time.
I am far from a professional I am just your average guy. I bought the panel and the stand an it’s amazing. Feeling so much more happier in myself, some self care. My joints are feeling less painful too. Would highly recommend this product if you are looking to improve your wellbeing.

No miracle transformation here, just a noticeable difference when I use the Solis consistently and a return of the usual stiffness when I don’t.
The solis therapy panel has helped with my skin a lot. I bought it for eczema and tsw use, my skin was really weak and sensitive so I used it for a small amount of time and a little further away, gradually closing the distance to 8in and increased the usage time. I waited to review this, after several months I can say it has helped a lot with the dryness and inflammation

When I first saw the size I thought, this is a bit ridiculous. But it lives in my garage, which I've turned into a home gym, and honestly there's nothing better than stepping in front of it right after a workout.
We finally bit the bullet and bought one from Solis, and we've been so impressed - not just with the quality of the panel, but with how professional the company was. They went out of their way to make sure we knew exactly how to use it for my dad, who has some disabilities. He's genuinely finding relief from the stiffness now, which means everything to us.

I was worried it would make the room look like a clinic but it’s actually a very sleek bit of equipment. I leave mine set up permanently now.

Stand just makes it so much more easier to use in different positions. Laid down, upright etc. Quality build very study and heavy
